Personally. I rolled over and busted a gut laughing when I first saw it. And I still chuckle when I think about it. I mean, you don't really need someone to help bust your stuff up, as I do a pretty good of doing it by myself! I bet there isn't a builder here who hasn't messed up something they were working on. The fact that the kid didn't start bawling or backmouthing his Dad was a nice change.... but then, they were both kinda in shock...... Back in the winter, I was working on the tail group of a twin .25 A10, got the fins all carved, shaped, and sanded, just the way I wanted them, then left the whole kit-n-kaboodle sittin on the washer. Well, I was working on something else and the washer went into a spin cycle. The whole tail group got tossed off and ended up on the floor with a 3'x1' shelf board squarely landing on top. So much for those built-up fins, and airfoiled shape. The crunching sound was pretty cool though. Speaking of shows and RC, the last episode of Orange County Choppers had the crew out in a nearby field at the shop firing off rockets and trying to get a trainer (Evolution) into the air. Spar
