Status: offline 		The word on the street is that if it calls for a 6-7 cell Ni-Cd you should add one cell if you go to Ni-MH to make up for the increase in the internal resistance. Ni-MH should first get 2 or 3 formation cycles at C/10 for a 150 mAh pack this would be 15 ma. You will need a special charger for this. Not many will go down that low. Try to find a charger with an adjustable charge rate and one that is specifically set up for Ni-MH, Ni-Cd peak chargers may not have the resolution to detect the Ni-MH peak. Ni-MH should not be charged faster than the 2C rate (I would keep it no higher than 1C for best service life). You will have to make up your own connector leads as few if any chargers come with them.
