Status: offline 		Just some info on charging and cycling the NIMH batteries with the Alpha 4: I went to the Litco web site and they highly recommend ONLY using the I and C mode or there is a chance of damaging or just not properly charging / cycling the NIMH's. Hoping this may be of some help as I had some recent problems with 2 new ones. Doing better now.

Status: offline 		Although he places a caveat on using F and R, I've heard of people using those setting just fine. The only devices he suggests NOT using are A and S.

Care to share where you got your Ni-MH and how they cycled? Are they Sanyo cells?
