all blizzards are kits you need to put them together there is a electric version and a nitro version ...I had both i did not like the nitro version because they used a cheap motor with out ball bearings and nitro oil came out off the bushings and made a mess inside the chassis all the time...so i stuck with my electric one...
see them at kyoshoamerica.com

The minimum you need to complete the electric Blizzard is a Radio (Tx, Rx & two servos) and a standard battery pack. Paint for the body would be nice. The "stock" speed control is mechanical, so it could use and upgrade. If you plan to run it in the snow, some water proofing might be called for.

I finished the electric version. Waiting for the winter to try it out on the snow.

I have the electric version and am taking it on holiday with me tomorrow and plan to run it on the beach near the site that I am staying at in Cornwall, I will post some pictures and video of it on the and hopefully kicking up some rooster tails as it turns on the loose dry sand above the high water mark.

I changed the mechanical speed controller for an esc and put in a Mtronics viper RV max, also upgraded the bushes to bearing races and made some brake pads out of gasket material to help steer the blizzard properly and to stop the brakes grabbing as it turns, I recommend the brake up grade because it smooths out the turns better than metal on metal brakes

brel your right about the brakes they suck on the electric version for some reason they did not use the gasket like on the nitro version and the nitro version steers much smoother because of this! I have to upgrade mine with the brake gaskets...just don't feel like ripping it all apart!

Hey how did you make the brake pads? have any extras you want to sell?
What did you use to glue them to the metal ones?

Just go to a good auto supply and get some quality gasket material approx 1/16th or so thick. CA to your calipers and trim. You will need longer bolts to compensate for the pads. I CA'd all 4 to the material and then trimmed. Just remember to trim the holes on the calipers well. One is elongated. Make sure they move freely
