Hi all. Anyone have some Canadian PVC laying around? I want to build a dogfighter that needs a 24" section. Thanks!

How much do you need just one 24 inch section or more than that?

Yep, just the one 24" piece. I have the American pipe but the plans call for the lighter Canadian variety.

Your not going to save much weight going with the canadian pipe. I used the canadian pipe with HS-81 servos. but used a really heavy aluminum spar. it still flies really good. If your still deadset on the canadian pipe just PM me with your address and i'll cut and send you a piece. When you receive it just send me enough to cover what i paid to ship it. Fair enough.

Second when you first build it i would bend some coat hangers so you can rubberband the wing on. that way if you need to move the wing forward or backward. you can experiment with that before you drill the holes for the dowels.

I used Sig small motor mounts on mine with a Magnum 25 and put the mounts as low on the fuselage as i could that way the tank would be closer to the carb center. I also used a Hayes 4oz. slimline fuel tank that way i could get it a little higher in the fuselage.

If you have any questions about it just hollar. it will fly right out of your hand upon launching no need to heave it.
