Default Savage Gasser

Hi to All! I'm from Russia and I build a 1/6 gas conversion of the savage 25. The engine is from STIHL MS180, 31cc. Check this out: http://forum.rcdesign.ru/index.php?showtopic=28205 Very interestingly your opinion, and especially - Dr.Honda

Dude, that rules. What kind of speed do you get out of that engine. It looks powerful.. but Im guessing the revs are a lot lower.

Do you have a video with sound?

I want to hear that engine scream because it looks like it gets a ton of attention.

EDIT

My fault, the sound was all the way down on the computer. [:@]

Sounds great

That thing looks clumsy, it looks like it would fall over just sitting there. The drives will never be strong enough, the person that did that obviously never seen a 1/5th scale gasser. Don't convert, if you want a 4x4 gasser buy a MCD.

lol clubin you can buy anyting you want... Thats not what this thread is about. DID you watch th vid? It went very well being it is top heavy. Thats why I asked about the brakes

MBX5T Maniac you cant buy any thing like this. No kits here. Thats a Stihl chain saw cut down to fit the savage... All custom work.

I would think that if you completely change the savage chassis its not a savage anymore. Looks like you just used the front and rear parts from a savage and made your own truck. I dont think that really counts as a savage gasser.
