Mr. Glavin, What are the difference's between a 5945's made today vs one made in March of 2002?? And the new Programming software, any issues with the older 5945's? I also have the same basic questions for 5645's made in March of 2002. thanks, zz

There have been some evolutionary changes with the digital amplifiers of late, i.e., revision v1.04 servos have a new updated digital amplifier, same software as v1.03 and earlier updated models. The latest 5900's series have a new carbon brushed motor for enhanced performance. I am not aware of any refinements of the 5600 series servos less a few years ago when motor were updated. Servos as far back as 2002 may have had the earlier software revisions but are fully updatable with a Hand Held Programmer or can be returned to Hitec Service for a free check up and program update.
