What are the difference's between a 5945's made today vs one made in March of 2002?? And the new Programming software, any issues with the older 5945's?

I also have the same basic questions for 5645's made in March of 2002.

There have been some evolutionary changes with the digital amplifiers of late, i.e., revision v1.04 servos have a new updated digital amplifier, same software as v1.03 and earlier updated models.

The latest 5900's series have a new carbon brushed motor for enhanced performance.

I am not aware of any refinements of the 5600 series servos less a few years ago when motor were updated.

Servos as far back as 2002 may have had the earlier software revisions but are fully updatable with a Hand Held Programmer or can be returned to Hitec Service for a free check up and program update.
