Status: offline 		I can't tune the optic 6!
I am using a Jr R700 Reciever. The receiver is being contacted by the transmitter but the controls are not responding. e.g. I move the elevator stick and nothing happens or the rudder throttle and aileron, same thing happens nothing!!!! however when I turn the tx of the servos go wild, but when it is turned on the servos don't move back to central they just stop and don't do anything. Does anyone have any suggestions on what the problem might be.

Status: offline 		I had the same problem, i got a used trex set up with the JR R770 reciever, Hitec HS56 servos all around, ESC, Brushless speed controller, batteries, etc..the full package. the guy i got it from said it was ready to fly out of the box. I bought the reciever crystal (i was told it was single conversion) to match my Hitec Optic 6 transmitter, and turned everything on, to find out nothing worked. I changed the transmitter to positive shift, still nothing, changed the modulation to QPCM, nothing, back to PPM?, still nothing...I decided to use a full sized 7 channel futaba reciever before i did anything drastic like replace the speed control, etc...the futaba reciever worked like a charm. I did a little more research, the JR reciever used SPCM modulation, which is not compatible with the Optic 6 transmitter. so looks like i either have to get a JR transmitter (i have been looking at a couple anyway), or get a smaller reciever that works with the optic 6.
