I have got a pair of Super Star wings 80" and a Quadra engine. I like to built something with an alu. fuse. The wings weight 3.5 lbs and engine weights 4,5 lbs. Advise me a fuse ( profiles preferred ) Give an idea how to attach the wings( 2 pieces) to the fuse..

I have built a SPAD3D before, so I am familiar with SPADS.... I have also built a Katana profile from the leftovers of a scale Katana ( That was a 53 inch plane. I used hard foam for fuse... ) But this one will be a big gasser.....

I'd say.
Use pink or blue foam with light ply skin with reinforced eng mount and landing gear area.
ChrisSpad has some good building pics of foam profile fuse's with coro covering, use the same technique but use light ply for a skin.
