awesome r/c truck three hours running NO problems, strong parts, beautiful handling, amazing what the truck is capable of doing. cold weather does not affect the plastic parts, suspension is incredible engine runs great once run in, electric start makes life.... not worth hanging myself with the broken pull cord. the car came with parts manual, tuning guide on DVD loads of extras (tools, oil, extra long travel rocker and spring set, air filter oil and foam, battery pack and chargers, suspension tuning shims and hollow balls, glow plug and wheel nut wrench). a complete and understandable blown up diagram of car and motor... very nice!

goodbye cruel world.... HIGH REVO.... 'BIG UPS!!'

Yes, the 1/8 buggy I got was from on ebay. Someone took my "submit best offer" when I did not think they would. I got a hell of a deal. It is the truck forum but it was originally the buggy. All you truck buying people stole my thread So give me a little bit of a break, eh?

Buggy thread here http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_3775361/anchors_3775361/mpage_1/key_/anchor/tm.htm#3775361. Buy one and post there. They are awsome.

By the way... What was it you thought was in his throat? It's really got me wondering

at least with a REVO one gets quality. where as with the red cat the parts run well over the price of the leading brand cars, after just a few sessions of running. (JACK).

Think HIMOTO! Or Exportpro International Limited. They're lookin for wholesalers. Redcat can only benefit from competition. On the track alone is never fun for long. Ya only think yer winnin. Competition pushes improvement. Enough philosophy.

It means your idle is too high or your trim knob in your controller is set high. Check the opening in the carb. It should be like 1mm or so(1/16th-1/8th inch open).

Kosty..

I told you before....you need to look back through the thread....there have been SEVERAL posts about tuning...

Set everything back to the factory settings and start over using the tips that have been posted.

hey guys just got my traxxas bodies. I had to mod them to align body mounts, tire wells, and ant., not much work for $5.00 a piece (see previous posts). I need to take pics as soon as I figure out how to post them. Delivery only took 1 1/2 days ( shipment came from Plano, Texas- it pays to live in the same state as the wharehouse!)

I am still waiting on my Tsais tuned pipe. I was looking on ebay for the first time at these Himoto buggies and found a sellers' add for a complete parts cross refrence to major brands for the redcat line, I thought the $2.50 price and add sounded bogus so I did not bid/ buy. It sounded like a trick----here's your list -------------------------nothing.

went out today and bashed the heck out of the truck. I did everything on the redcat video, the trucks can handle it.
I finally broke the front left wheel/ hub, a screw backed out and made the drive shaft fall out (maybe because of me jumping off, and running over curbs at about 25-40? mph. And I didn't check the screws before I ran the truck--my fault!) Easy enough to fix, get more screws and lock tight from lhs. I am still pleased with performance, all breakage from my own stupidity.
