I'm sorry but I am not sure I understand your question. Your looking for the name of the gear?

What is the difference between a center diff and a slipper clutch? Is the centrifugal clutch running off the crank a slipper clutch? Thanks.

you guys should all consider motor saver air filters and opening up the exhaust exit hole.. the filters are awesome and allows more air in.. and will flow better and run better with that exhaust exit drilled out. Peace.

ned, i can give you a few places to get them

http://www.bankstownrc.homestead.com/

and maybe here - http://www.plaig.com.au/

both those places should have most or all the parts.

Does anyone know any specs about the .18 engine on the volcano?

i understand what you did and it's the opppsite when you swith the lever down or up you should of done this in a big area first time driving it needs a big area to break in so you get used to stearing and break and throttle control i suggest you get your truck back in running oreder and take some where you can play with it you'll like the truck if you know how to drive it better just trying to help

My honest opinion not really.. I dont think the size of the area is that important. But how small of an area are you talking about. 50x50 back yard woudn't cut it for me. I have a motorcross track on my property(only 5 acres) and we use a small portion up front because thats where a good jump is.
although, it is nice to rip in the wide open and clear it out lol.... I guess thats a tough question. I probably didn't answer it right but gave it my best....

I understand that. But honestly breaking it in, you dont need that big of an area because your not supposed to scream it anyway. He emailed me. I also told him you dont mess with that switch while the vehicle is running. It changes throttle position. I feel bad for him because everyone has to learn but some people have to learn the hard way Hang in there ryang20, It will get better as you get more experience..

The best place I found to break in my truck was at a elementry school play ground. The usualy have big open play ground/ baseball--soccer fields. Or even the parking lot for the teachers works great.

Thought I'd put my 2 cents in
