hi, I find that the fuel tank that came with my seagull arf kit is a bit too small(8oz?), does any one know a drop in upsize tank? It is the same fuel tank that comes in other seagull arf like the spacewalkerII. Btw, is it normal for a 50 size engine to be only giving me 5mins plus of flight with probabely about 1min or so left in the tank? The engine is a thundertiger pro 50(actually a heli engine) that is slightly modify, spinning a 12 x 6 mas k series. Can I add a header tank to a plane?

8oz tank should be giving u atleast 10mins of flight, but more likely 15mins of flight. Something doesn't seem right!

could it be that it is a heli engine so the carb is not as economical as a plane carb?

12x6 is too big . Try 11x6 ,should use a little less fuel and not lug engine.
