Ok, to balance blades, you would loosen the main blade hub Allen screw, and remove the oval links that connect the flybar cage to the swash plate. This will allow you to remove the head, and than use a blade balancer, or like a hanger or whatever to hook in the middle and balance using a piece of scotch tape on the lighter blade. I haven't had much trouble with blade balance with new blades, anyway reinstall the head. After that you can move on to the swash plate, with all trims on the controller set to the center, make sure swash plate is parallel to the ground if not use ball links to adjust till it is level. To balance heli hold it by the flybar with one finger on each side, it should balance pretty straight, if not move the battery to adjust the weight, 22E seems to be back heavy Even with the battery all the way forward. Read the previous pages and you will get some Ideas on balancing, Checking pitch is called blade tracking it also is previous on this forum, check it out and let me know if you have any trouble. quote:
