My 22A always skids left before liftoff. How can I adjust this? The cyclic doesn't seem to have any control until the heli actually lifts off the floor. Do I need need more weight on the flybar?

Lean on the stick to the right, just a little, as you take off. Then ease off once you are in the air.
This is normal behavior for a heli. The tail rotor is pushing sideways to counter the torque of the main rotor.

The cyclic has no effect on the ground, and I'm not real comfortable with a 3 ft left skid every time it lifts. I think I've got it figured out now. I also have an X-Cell 60 that really can do a hands free hover in calm air (for a little while). The 22A doesn't have Bell-Hiller mixing, so the flybar is the only thing affecting pitch/roll. With Bell-Hiller mixing the blade pitch itself will change. That should work much better on the ground

Now the question is is there an indoor sized electric that can be made to fly as well as my X-Cell?
