Hi Phlip G.,
Kung-Hei-Fat-Choi, say this during the new year period (starting Jan 29) when seeing Chinese!
BTW: can you give an idea that if I should buy some parts (eg. motors & motor main gears)
for my Heli #10 right-a-way since I don't know how long they can last, the concern is this heli
is not a high-end product with brushless motors, I think they will wear out shortly and the spare
parts will be out of the market someday! how's your idea!??

did you get my message about the cheaper parts available at hobbyjapan2000.com?

Dear Dan
I did see your message regarding HobbyJapan thank you.
I am still waiting for my blades to arrive from Rc-Expert.
The parts on the #10 should last for quite a while.

Regards Phil G.

I've been flying the horsefly for about 2 months (1st heli) and after going through the original 2 sets of blades that came with it and the replacements I ordered (including another-nonbent-flybar) I'm getting decent with tail-in flying. It says you can get "advanced flight performance" with increased responsiveness to inputs but the worthless instructions give no info on how to do this. please help.

Dear Mflauer
There should be a little flat bladed black plastic screwdriver which came with the heli.
Where you turn the heli on there are some holes for the screwdriver to fit into. If I remember
correctly one is for the giro one for trimming the swashplate and one or two for adjusting servo movement. You need to get maximum swashplate movement that will then make the head more responsive and turn the giro gain down a little this will make the tail lively.

Be careful remember where the settings were to start with so you can go back to them, you might put the heli out of trim.
There is an old adage if it is flying OK leave it alone. You have been warned.

Regards Phil G.

hi nmacwarbirds,
here's another hobby shop selling walkera #10 parts
for cheaper prices than hobbyjapan200.com, they're
all the shops in Hong Kong, very flexible in shippings,
can declare items as gifts with low vlaue marked on the custom forms
to cut down taxes, duties.

Hi Phil G.

I just ordered some parts from ehirobo.com (landing gear, blades, motor, motor gears, Trail truss & reciever board, almost a
whole heli, but the shipping of the parts is much cheaper, only US 14), it ends up 30% cheaper than the hobbyjapan2000.com,
so I used the saved money for the reciever board.

I can't wait ordering parts later because I crashed the heli outdoors due to the wind issue, it flew up (actually blown)
to 4,5 floors high & dropped on the grass (fortuneately)!!but the landing gear broken in 4, 5 piece and the 2 upper blades got chipped,
I glued the landing gear back with crazy glue but don't know it can handle the impact or not!

hi there,

I found this shop is selling the NO.10 parts for cheapest prices & shipping. Moreover, you can pay them via paypal
for the security isuue, of course, you can use most credit cards too.

**(they even like to help cut the custom duties by lowering the value marked on the form since all parts to be shipped
from Hong Kong to worldwide.

I was just on the ehirobo.com web site and they list a 10 and a 10-Z (also 36-Z+39-Z). What's the difference?

By the way, I just realized they take longer time to process the order than hobbyjapan2000.com,
since I've order parts on Monday morning, but get the mail on Tuesday saying that they WILL
ship items when all are available, may be they don't have all parts in stock for my order
(I almost ordered the parts for a whole heli! ).

If you can't wait and dont' mind pay more, go to hobbyjapan2000.com, they ship things really fast!!
same price for the heli, but prices parts are 25% more!

Hey Folks,
I just got my #10 from RC Expert. It took forever to get here but I must say that I am pretty happy with the product. Right out of the box (without charging) I got about 5 minuits of flight. It was balanced and trimed almost perfect. No shaking or spinning. Hovered perfect. I am just charging it up now for some more practice. I have downloaded the Outback Rescue manual from Venom because the manual with it is crap......I mean CRAP! One question for you guys: Does the charger remain red until the battery is charged and then go green? Venom says theirs stays green then goes red when done.... let me know.
