Well, I know when im licked... I give up !!! This heli cannot be flown in the house. I need a heli that doesn't have such sloppy controls. It won't hold trim front/back or left/right. There too much freeplay somewhere.... The tail is the only thing I can control on this heli. When I barely move the left stick, the tail responds instantly, but the right stick is like major delayed reaction. The rotor head must have taken too many hits breaking all those blade grips and see saws. The best description I can give is like if ya had 1/4 turn play in the steering on your car. That's how the right stick reacts... I havn't tried it without the training balls, so I will give that a shot. If that doesn't fix it, then I'll call it quits... It's been fun and expensive though. I have spent a little over $100.00 in replacement parts, I bought a used Real Flight Simulator, and I still can't fly the VNR3D. Im a wiz now on all 11 heli's in the simulator though. I can fly those without even thinking about it. Almost rock solid hoovers, and even in winds up to 10 mph with no sweat. (I only tried 10mph). To be honest, I feel like smashing my VNR3D with a big hammer. LOL Dennis

hey can u take a closer pic of your swash and servos i want to c something i think i c your problem im not sure though.Mine is kinda trimmed but it wont hold it either i have to always fly it.I think your swash is too low on your guide and check to see if when you put your right stick all the way right and all the way left and forward and back it will bind beacause if it does it will cause problems with your steering thats what happened to mine and it would slow down the head rpm and u will loose altitude.I think i did post a pic of my swash in here i dont remember though if i dindnt ill post a new one

How tough are you guys finding the main rotor blades to be? They're made of plastic right? (according to Tower anyways) I was considering trying a pair out on my BCP since plastic blades are not yet available for the BCP and I'm tired of killing woodies.

Just got back with the Carbon Fiber Blades and some other goodies. I got a couple of see saw's, but they didn't have the blade grips. Temporarily, while I wait for the Losi balls kit, I got some Du-Bro #181's that look like they will do the job. We'll see... Man, these CF Blades are neat !!! Sure hope I don't hurt them with my dislexic aerobatics. LOL
