I recently flew my Dragonfly #4 helicopter, but the Rotor Head Core snapped from the flybar area to the main rotor head. I've been trying to remove the Rotor Head core (Part # HM-004-Z-14), but have been unsuccessful. I have removed the Flybar, but I am not sure on how to remove the Rotor Head code. Is it connected to the Guiding Ring by a small metal pin? It looks like it is, I'm not sure how to remove the metal pin. I was hoping it would be easy. can you give me instructions or point me to someone that can help. Do you know where to get these parts? thanks!

you should be able just to pull it out with pilers, or tap it out a bit then pull it.
I was stuck tyring to take it off a while ago, but i just didnt see the small allen keys that hold the stablizer bar in place

The flybar is held in using grub screws. The main rotorhead mast is held in by a shear pin. You need to use something pointy to push it out a bit and then use pliers to pull it out the rest of the way. Then the head should just slide off. For future reference, i'd suggest changing that shear pin to one that's a bit larger. I believe it's the same stuff they use for the pushrods. Atleast thats what I used to replace mine and it worked fine. If you make it long enough that you can just grip it with some needle nose pliers then it makes removing the head alot easier.
