i have an idea for a track thats due to me playing too many 'mini golf' games:

the dark red 'catchments' would be something thats easy to get off, but not easy to get on so they wont become shortcuts, like a steep slope that will pour any cars that land on them back onto the track

Someone design me the best track possible... I have a 50x75 foot area and I want to turn it into the best track ever for my Mamba 8.0kv Factory Team RC18T

Would there happen to be a cash prize. LOL

That's a lot of space for a mini. I might mess around with some ideas when I have time.

Here are the new track pics. It has a little bigger jump, not much for the buggies but the mini-t works well with it. The big jump on the front is still there and I made some very tight turns. With the buggies, I have to build speed and hit the breaks in order to make it turn good. I'm not sure but maybe you can tell by the tire marks.

I will be starting my first ever offroad racing series on June 2 in the expert buggy class and the backyard track is great practice.

Also, Here is my dads buggy that he got of E-bay for an amazing price. It's just as good as mine and came with sway bar, aluminum parts, (cevlar)spelling spur gear. and some other stuff.

OOPS!!!!!!!!! My dad is signed in as Re-Builder.

After tearing down my old track and having nothing to drive on i decided to just make this. All though it is small it is quite fun eventually i will extend it to the fence and make the double a triple. the tree in the middle is interesting because it adds some mystery to the back turn i havent had any problems with not being able to make the turn so its fine. My rustler is at the bottom. Its got a novak brushless slapped in it. pretty fun stuff. representin speed sports

p.s. dont you love the potholes?

sweet!!!!!!!!

I like the tree it adds scenery and most importantly shade. If you really want to have fun, I would make mobles (I think thats what they are called). They are little bowl shaped mounds of dirt and very fun even if you don't have much room. If you hit them going to fast they flip you over. I like to do time trials and see how fast I can keep going through them with of course not flipping over. They are also pretty difficult because you can't just drive strait or memorize the track because when you hit them they could point you in any direction. Here are some pics.

i know what your talking about. I think heyre called mogels. Like in the olympics when the skiers race through them. I would put some in but when i extend my track your going to have to go fast through the turns to clear the triples

Hello again,
We filled in the pit on the front strait with our other "jump dirt". Then we hauled in some extra dirt for some other jumps. You should see the hole on the other side of the yard, LOL j/k. It's been a while since I have posted track pics. I have had two layouts since the last one I posted. I didn't get a chance to take pictures of them though.

We took out the bush/tree thing on the back left side. It died within the next week , I mean . Oh well, the stupid thing never grew. I also put a teamlosi banner on the fence that looks pretty cool. The outer perimeter is still the same, it just looks bigger. The first one is a panorama.

check it out,
if you notice anything else I have done, post it.

I wish I had the kinda space you guys had. All I have is a 10x10ft garden that my mom used to plant plants in that I took over with dirt. It's pretty cool though. I will post pics of it thursday. I updated it, it's a lot of fun now. It dips underground about 8-9 inches deep and goes around a turn like that, it has these fun little ramp things made of mud that will launch the trucks pretty good, has hill that goes up 1 foot and the flatens out and drops back down and the truck lands underground again, and then comes back up and does a turn that is about 7-8 inches off the ground, then comes down and goes to a big straighaway.

Theres also this really cool spiral of death thing that my friend made with a shovel. It looks kinda like those guys that ride the motorcycles in the big circle cages. But it is cut in half and your truck will just go around and around around forever. It's cool but hard to getout of.

And today, it rained a bunch. I looked out the window and the track was holding in water!! Like the spiral of death thing, wsa overflowing of water, and so were the underground parts, and the straight away.

It's fun though.

To change the title of the thread, go and edit your first post, when you edit it, it comes up with the title at the top and the words you posted below it. It will look the same as before, but you can edit it.
