Ok, lets start with the prop kit, it was 14 bucks, probablly the best 14 bucks spent on the boat, great performance from it, i got it from www.offshoreelectrics.com, they also offer ones with metal props, but the CF's are nice and cheap and also stronger than the stock. as for the cooling, its a prather fitting, I simply drilled a hole where I wanted it, and stuck it through , now including the clear plastic there three layers, the outer hull, inner hull, and that clear guard, the hole in the inner two layers is bigger for the tubing to fit through, It has a nut with it, but the hull is two thick to use the nut, I epoxiecd mine in carfully, then stuck the tube on for the inside, took about 10 minutes to complete and works great...I think the fitting is like 3 bucks, tower probably has them...30 plus is a hard traget, I am only running 25-30mph now with all the mods outlined in this forum, the make a trx 2.5 marine engine now, and also an O.S. .18 will fit in, but then youl lose your e-zstart( i know what a tragedy, the slipping starter goes away, though i still run the e-zstart) look through this thread I have outlined many little things to get the pro .15 a little bit more power, its a heavy boat plain and simple(but i run rough water sometimes, which weight is good), I'd say work on it how it is, and see if you can get satisfactory performance from it, also check into moving the turn fin like mine, I didnt run it with it in stock local but heard they have had many handling flaws and mine seems to handle fine like this, also you can shave wieght with a rechargable rx pack, I use a duratrax pack intended for am rc10gt its five 2/3a cells and works perfectly, I secured it to the clear guard with velcro...hope that helps to get you started and hope to here more from you...
