AAAA,
yes it will work-just check your output voltage of your wall charger with a dig. voltmeter -if it reads at least 6.80 to 7.50 vdc-you are good to go.

Status: offline 		I strongly doubt it'll work. If he checks the output of the wallwart
w/o a pack connected, he'll get a falsely high reading. Once the batttery
is connected, I'm sure it'll drop to the 5.8ish rating which isn't enough.

Status: offline 		The output of the ordinary wall-wart charger is DC with a large AC component riding on top of the DC. As such, most voltmeters available to the hobbyist will not accurately give you any good information if you check the output unloaded. If you connect it to a battery load, the battery acts as a large capacitor smoothing out the DC to a point that a DC voltmeter will give you an accurate reading.
If you really want an accurate idea what the charger is doing, plug an aileron extension on to the charger output. cut one of the power conductors and insert the meter (switched to milli-amps) in series with the power lead. Plug the extension in to the battery pack and read the milli-amp output. If it is close to 140 mA you are good for a C/10 charge rate for your 1400 mAH pack.
