ORIGINAL: Ram-bro Leo, its looking good. I like that it has the lower cowl is removeable. Will the screws be captured or free? The Nylon Locking Nuts on the back side will be captured. They are not in my picture, but I figured out a way to effectively capture them in the laminate. It will take me a few days before I can post the solution on this. What will be nice about this cowl attachment strategy is that the fasteners are flush, scale looking, the threaded part will be captured, and the nylon lock nuts will stop them from vibrating out. So if it all works out as planned I couldn't think of a better way to go. Top part of the cowl is a flush fit to the fuselage so there is no overlap. It is designed to be bonded permanently to the airplane and then the join is filled and sanded. Leo
