What is the difference between the Sirio and the RB? How are they on the tune and stuff? Power? 1-10 rating 10 is the best

They are both the same size with only slight differences...
The Sirio tunes, and hold a tune very easily and for stock motor it rates a 10 on the scale...
The R&B is modded by Adam and it also holds tune very nicely... It rates a 12+ on the scale but only because it is modded.... Otherwise it would also be a 10...

Cool, the only thing that I dont like about them (although I have never owned one) is the price

Yes, They are a little more costly BUT, Everything used to manufacture the engines are top shelf materials. The crank, The piston ,the sleeve, connecting rod etc... are all high end.
I have 6 gallon of Byron's 20 pecent fuel ran through the Sirio and it still feels like it is a fresh engine it has so much pinch left.... The R&B has 3 gallon through it and feels like it had to srill be broken in.... In fact the compression of the engine will support the weight of the entire truck just by holding the pullstarter..... You really do get what you pay for...
Yes, they cost more but if you think of it on a large sacle.. The longevity and performance of the higher end engines out weigh the cost.....

I would get one, if they sold a model without the tuned pipe... I have a THS pip already... without the pipe, it would cost about 60 bucks less, putting it right in my price range

I finally finished going through all the pages here, and noticed 2 things.
1) Didn't see any real customized throttle setups to eliminate the heavy TRS for quicker throttle response and less pack drain. Just have to run a Fail Safe and know how to intentionally traction roll in case of major servo or radio failure.
2) Also didn't notice anyone running swaybars. I just got a set for mine because during the summer it's more of a race truck than a basher.

Later this summer should be able to put up some vids of a 2.5 Revo running an OS18TM going against a brushless slash. Should be interesting.

Nice. I did a setup like the 4-Tec uses on mine. 2 collars, a 4-Tec throttle return spring(nice and soft and goes on the linkage), and some spring steel. Wish I could get pics out of my phone to put on here of my setup. Body doesn't look so hot anymore, but the setup itself is good.

Nice build man, looks sweet. How good does that tank fit? Any problems with fitting the roll bar?

Here's mine, I'm just about done, just waiting for my radio. I don't know how I'm going to mount the roll bar yet, but otherwise she's ready to go

Thanks man, the tank is a direct fit, if you use the Tekno fuel tank conversion kit, and it works great!

The roll bar was a pain, I custom made it out of some aluminum I got from home depot, but when I decided to run a side pipe and the New Era BB kit I had to bend it a little to get everything to fit just right.

Here is a pic of when the roll bar was all polished and new, before it took a beating!!

Your build looks like its coming along pretty good too, BB Revos are a blast!
