I have a question about engines. In the aeroworks manual they set up the plane with a Brison 3.2. Was any extra nose weight necessary to properly balance that plane.

No the plane balanced fine using the brison and we were able to get it balanced just by moving the batteries around.

I have mine with a DA-50 batteries are on either side just in front of the rudder servo. Torque rolls etc. like a dream. Don't think you need any extra weight, just the batteries further back.

I have a question. Is there a setup so you can elimate any or all Y harness...I think 3 are needed. Can you use seperate channels on a computor radio or use a match box? Thanks Capt,n

You could use a match box or just y them together and mix both sides in on the radio.

In the "mix both sides" with the radio...is it possible with a JRx347 radio? I wish there was a forum just for RC radio gear hook-ups with photos. One photo is wort a thousand words.

Not sure on that specific radio all you need is flaperon mixing in order to do it.

Yes the JR 347 does have flaperon mix. I guess I will mess around with it and see what happens. I believe I can do that with radio gear setting on bench. Just watch and se what servos do. Right? Thanks Capt,n

I have a zenoah g62 that has been converted to electronic igniton and lightened. Engine with ignition included is right at 4 lb. What are your thoughts of this engine on the 27% ultimate.

It will work but you will add weight to the plane the way i figure it is if you have it put it on a fly it if not get a DA. It is a strong motor though so it should have plenty of power.
