1) advanced graphics based on DirextX 8 multi-texturing technology
2) high-accuracy physics - 120 calculations per second (regardless of
frame rate)
3) accurate wing/airfoil simulation based on CL/CD tables & Reynold's
number
4) completely configurable physics and graphics
5) flight recorder/playback
6) visible stick positions (also in recorder)
7) completely configurable 3D sound (directional and non-directional,
doppler, etc.)
8) Accurate contact physics (friction coefficient, etc.)
9) Freely available models and scenery
10) Wind condition simulation in scenery (thermals, ground effect,
turbulence, etc.)
