Just want to throw this in and see if anyone has some troubleshooting ideas. Last week I flew my PZ 190 and it was uneventful except for the fact it wanted to pitch up as if it were tail heavy. The included extra nose weight nut was installed and battery installed full forward in tray. So I think that it is still out of balance. Well I get it home and put it on the cg macine and at the factory cg point, it balances nose heavy with the weight on and battery forward in tray. Take the nose weight off and it balances perfect. Nose weight on and battery aft in tray produces slightly nose heavy. I will upload a video of it so you can see for yourself. In the video it is extra nose weight + battery fwd in tray. Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated. The flight was good, but I had to hold in some down elevator to keep it level.

Check your "decalage" angle.
The angle of the thust line to wing incidence, (Probably OK)
and rear stabilizer/elevator incidence, (probably the problem)
Make sure the rear stabilizer/elevator is parallel to the thust line.
Thrust line measured from center of prop nut straight back to the
tail nav light on the rear of the rudder. This is your thrust line,
the reference line of zero degrees against which all the flying surfaces
are aligned. The leading edge of your rear stablizer is angled down
which makes the nose want to pitch up even though your CG is correct.

And if that finally isn`t it then the thrust angles on the motor
mount should be verified if that hasn`t been done already.
