I've recieved opinions from a few experts to include Zak West at 3DBatix about using 30% powermaster in a just broke in Saito 125. Horizon Hobby actually recomends 30% heli fuel for Saitos. I'm just soliciting opinions from people who use 30% in 4 strokes, whether the gains are worth it, whether the engine is strained or not and other opinions you might have.

My opinion is the high oil content is good. The extra Nitro will increase power. More strain will be placed on the engine. Heli fuel is about $6 more a gallon.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

Put a strain on your wallet running that fancy fuel.

My Saito 72 loves Powermaste heli 30% nitro 23% low viscosity oil Runs quite smothly on it with good idle . Gained 600rpm on a 13/6 apc over 15%. That surprised me. But if I don't need the 600rpm I don't run the heli fuel. It just cost money

It was on a 3D plane. Pizazz. I had plenty of poop with 15% at 10 bucks a gallon and didn't need the 20 buck a gallon stuff but it was nice to run. I've also used it in my Saito 100. It is difinitly a nicer running motor on the heli fuel over the 15% but not enough nicer to pay double for the stuff. The 100 also likes YS 20/20 much better than the 15% but it's also too pricey for the gain. But again the engine does run smoother ond is easier to adjust on the 20/20 or 30/23.

Wherever you buy your gas you are getting a great price! The cheapest I've bought powermaster 15% is $14.95. The 30/23 heli fuel is $21. I get my fuel at RC Country in Sacramento. You?
