sorry about my previous posts, I just couldn't get a picture to go with them. Well one more time
This is a plane I am currently working on. It's called a crossbow.
The second picuture (if it goes through) is the alienator from the previous posts. If none of the pictures appear, you can see these planes on my website at: http://canardflyer.homestead.com/index.html

Anyone ever make a 4x8 sheet of 2 inch foam fly??? (Thanks Lowes!) Maybe not the wierdest...but my buddies think I'm insane... These were just taken tonight...so no flights yet....maybe tomorrow if weather clears up. And still have some work to do on it....
86 inch span 2452 Sq inches GMS .47 5.2 Lbs (Minus Battery, Muffler and tank) 3 HS-700 1/4 Scale servos (1 per elevon, 1 rudder) 1 HS-605 (Throttle)
Spine is two yardsticks, Elevons are 3x48 inch 3/8 stock. Packing tape covers ONLY areas that have exposed foam.
For it's size is should be an insane floater....with the huge rudder I should be able to maple-leaf spin better than anything.
Pic is my friend holding it...he's 6' 4" just for perspective.

Here's my Flying Lawnmower. Zimpro kit. OS61 w/pipe. I fly it at our "Wings for Kids" airshow during the Crusade for Children fund-raiser each year here in Kentucky.
Built by my Father Bill Allison and fellow modeler Stacey Freeland. Lawn Boy graphics by my Son Lukas. I get the fun job, flying it!! Fully aerobatic. Loops, rolls, inverted and a pretty decent hover and torque roll.
