I have Flaperons turned on so channels 2 & 6 or used for my ailerons. When I hooked it up it worked fine but the Ailerons were backwards. The users manual said to reverse the Ailerons. When I do that both of the Ailerons move in the same direction. Anyone know how to set this up so the Ailerons work properly?

Try reversing channel six as well. That should fix the problem....

If you have your servos mounted so that the output shaft is perpendicular to the wing, put your control rods on the outboard end(wingtip) side of the control arms. Un reverse your ailerons and you should be set. I have an RD6000 and I seem to recall the manual mentioning programming difficulties if the ailerons servos aren't set up this way.

Check the position of your flap switch and maybe move it to the other position.
