Hi There.

Thanks for writing....

The muffler exchange will get you about 50% of the jump to the LX performance. The rpm tuning will jump, and you would want to use 11x8 or 12x6 props. This setup works ok on aircraft that will definately move (quick) and allow the engine to get up into the best power band for the muffler.

The full LX conversion includes more agressive port timing as well. If you were to send the engine in for service, I belive Dub can do a liner re-fit (Rather than replacing the entire piston/liner/button combination).

THE ENGINE IT'S NEW AND GOT ONLY THREE FLIGHTS ON MY PATRIOT 60XL. WILL SPIN AA 12X6 AT 14500 RPM +/- I'LL GET THE MUFFLER BUT RATHER LEAVE THE ENGINE ALONE, FOR NOW.

Sounds good.....

Engine is turning perfectly as is.

Let me know how you make out with the muffler update.

I do not believe I have your Patriot up on the website. If you wish, send me a few photos and I will add it to the collection :)
