Its becausetthe DF37 is not as popular as the DF60. Besides, I believe they are not making the 37 anymore.

ya, agree and which something I do not really understand on its popularity. I still prefer the #37 than the #60, no regrets on my decision made last yr.
Think most of the members have moved to another heli and to another thread.

What you guys playing with now? w37? armycopter?
army shld be playing with his trex now if I'm not wrong. w37 on the superframe from xmseller?

I'm guilty for not giving the #37 enough flight time now. No... shld be zero flight time. Thinking of converting it to scale with elevated tail.

Hi all, I just got my df37, this thing looks great ( for the price) I got it with the brushless and li-ion pack. When I got it it came with a Li-po 1800 instead and the gyro was upgraded to the g011 instead of the g006. The only flaw I've had so far is the tail boom supports, one was a little bent and the gear mesh on the main motor was a little tight. Is there anything elese to look out for other than the servos. It also came witht he 7ch radio or do they all come with that radio?
Thanks

Hello Cepeda,

its been long since I saw you on the threads.. that is good that you are still flying.. and wow.. you have upgraded to the TREX-600.. how the heli ? is it really nice to fly?... I love the size and power of the heli.. the only downside is the cost of Lipo... if they can only get a cheaper powersource that will replace the lipo battery.. that heli will be more popular than the 450...

happy flying...

The T-Rex 600 is a big helicopter. When you fly a little DF60 or Df37 , then you fly a T-rex 450...things are good. But when you
jump to a 600, man... it gets scary at times. It took me a couple of hovers for me to over come the fear of the shear
enormaty of this beast. The sound that comes of the blades and the power this thing produces is scary at best. With a gas powered
heli of the same size, you can't really tell, the engine noise is so loud that, you really can tell whats really going on. With a the T-Rex 600, the
startup is amazing. Cause you can hear the blades breaking the wind, and as you apply power..it gets louder and louder. You can feel the adrenaline rush.

After I got comfortable with it.. I must tell you, the 600 is the most stable electric heli I have flown. With the battery weight, it's like flying a brick. The wind has almost no factor at all..My T-rex 450 is crap in the wind... this guy..invites the wind...so stable it's 10 times easier to fly than a dragonfly. Believe me,
it is so easy to fly...that I would recommend it as a starter heli if the person has the money to maintain it. I'm going to try and get a gas version of it. I'm saving money for that..cause I don't have to buy much parts for it.. I already have the stuff that mostly breaks.. I guess I'm going to need a new frame for the gas, engine, glow starter, starter, new servos, gyro. My friend just got a new Gas Trex..I will test it this weekend.

A NEW UPDATED OFFICIAL DRAGONFLY 37?

I saw this bird on Ebay. Really looks aggresive! I like it, but
I don't know if its official...

It seems so, if true the W37 just become one of the top best Walkera Helis.

Is that rc machine? If so I think it is just a modded stock 37 and not a walkera release.

Is there any place that can I order a cnc metal head for df37, that fit plug and play,in the RCMACHINE store only found t-rex 450xl rotorhead aluminium. I really tired of thoses bad track of the blades.I see some uses copterx, other align, but probably needs other parts.

Is that from rc-expert? Dun get anything from them, buy at your own risk. I have my lesson learnt and many others too.

Too bad it's not an official walkera release.

Other than those third party products, there's no real original upgrade head for the #37 by walkera.

To use align head, have to dremel abit. w37 has listed some instructions here.
For me, I just changed to the align main shaft and it's stronger than the stock anyway.

Hey guys I need some help. I'm getting uncommanded inputs. What happens is: I turn the radio on and wait till the light turns purple. Then I connect the helicopter's battery to the ECS. As soon as the connection is made all the servos start moving up and down to include the tail servo; and they don't stop until I disconnect the ECS and battery. I've checked the radio to ensure all switches and knobs are set right. I have even taken the helicopter to the middle of no where to see if I'm picking up another signal. I don't know what to do can anyone help me please.

Hitec 65 are an excellent investment. They have karbonite gears which are resistant to stripping. You could go 55's but go 55's again because the POTs and gears are fragile. 56's are nice but they are not as good as the 65 for 5 dollars more. CH47Doc, If your receiver is bad I have one for cheap w/ a deans antenna PM if you are interested. Have a couple of modded Z shape holders too and other walkera cnc stuff (60 head and tail) 288 carbon blades and parts taking up room in the flight box.
