I have to disagree Joe. It may be a year but I sincerely believe that we will eventually receive our planes. What pisses me no end is the total lack of communication concerning the project status. It would be the manner in which good business relationships are built, or not....If that is prototype #001 sitting on the table awaiting flight test, say so. Anyone that has been in business knows full well that projections oftentimes do not coincide with production. Let the owners, buyers, stockholders know what is going on, positive or negative...

I spoke with Val'a via email last weekend. He mentioned to me that they should have new pictures coming up after this weekend, and my Berkut was estimated as 2-3 weeks away.

Take it for what it is worth.

Hey TX-Deck. Val'a told me that the same line two weeks ago. No new information has come forward to this forum or to the Fusco web site. However, if you visit the innovated aircraft web site and search under press releases you will find a story posted May 10th telling how they will not be able to support retract installations in the Berkut. In fact, it gives a very detailed description of the problems they are having. I expect the Berkut will have even less features due to their research. I hope the panel lines and gear door detail remains. Depressing to say the least, however at least there is some information released to the public. I find it ironic I had to search for it and no notices were left here at RCU as far as I know.

http://www.fuscoaircraft.com/pressrelease.html has been live on the Fusco Aircraft site concerning the main retract issue since may 10th.

Yes the panel lines will still be included in the berkut! Nothing else has changed other than the issue of the retracts for the main. Nose retracts are still available!

Distributor information comes from the Fusco Aircraft Corporation www.fuscoaircraft.com, once updated on the Fusco Aircraft site then relayed to the distributors, if you need direct information contact Fusco Aircraft and we will be more than happy to assist you!

Distributors, distribute our product line and have no decision making in manufacturing nor design!

Thank you,
Val'a Fusco

I spoke with him again today, received my UPS tracking number for the 1/5 scale kit shipment. We had another small conversation about the shipping status of the 1/3 scale ARC's, and again he emphasized that a large number of packages will definitely ship between now and the end of the month, now that a final decision has been made on the retracts situation. (that is only 2 weeks folks!) He also mentioned that around that time they will be on a pretty good construction clip to get the remainder done.

Danmilo, I had posted that back on the 12th, sorry you missed it.

Val'a speaks! Thanks for the update.

I'm willing to bet anyone here 100 "virtual" dollars that if you email service@fuscoaircraft.com with any questions related to the situation, you will receive an in queue response within minutes, and a personal response with answers to your questions from Val'a within 24 hours.

So from what I just read you guys aren't getting a Berkut at all, but instead are getting a Long-Ez.

Sounds to me like the mud is getting ready to be flung. And for once I don't blame you guys.

I come to a decision about this issue last night about the Berkut ,I will not make any more posts on this issue for or against it nor will I read any thing more about this issue. It is nonproductive and I have had enough of it. This sport is all about enjoyment and relaxing with guys at the field sharing a comon interest, not this life is to short to get this worked up over a stupid airplane.

I removed a few posts above that dealt with Fusco and supposed false shipping companies. I actually verified bill of ladings for shipments with Fusco's shippers and they were real. Because of the verified BOL's I cannot let the posts stand stating that they were not real.

Please refrain from posting assumptions based on other peoples posts (hearsay) without first hand knowledge of the facts. It is a fact that Fusco is late in shipping and is backed up. If you want a refund simply contact Val or call him and let him know. By law he is required to issue a refund if that is your desire. Otherwise it is my understanding that he is working hard to get the aircraft out to those who ordered it as fast as he can.
