Turn your transmitter and heli on to let the Gyro initialize. Now move the tail of the heli from side to side using your hand while making sure that the gyro is correcting for the movement in the right direction. If it is not, then you just need the move the switch on the gyro to rev. I had the same problem, using the rudder stick on the controller was okay, but the gyro was correcting movements in the wrong direction. I would check that first and go from there. As far as the glitching goes, you may want to get a ferrite ring or two if you don't already have one. You just have to wrap the ESC wire around it a few times. Most people here would also recommend that you get a separate BEC especially if you are using 4 HS56 servos. This is the same set up I am running and I took someones advise I went ahead and put a 6v Park BEC on. Its just a little peice of mind.
