Status: offline 		Also does anyone use dubro wheels (smaller of course) to help the LB wheelie longer? Ithink the hard foam ones would be great or the rubber ones with the sweet silver dishes lolz. Something a little bigger that can absorb being smacked to the pavemnt more and then control the wheelie while in motion. Just a though, it is the only part of the LB I am not wild about. Hmmmm...thinking out loud again.

Status: offline 		Just so they absorb a little better and kepp the truck upright longer. A harder wheel must want to kick the truck back on all fours...will do! I'll post pics if the thing ever gets here! To make me feel better...

-Wild Willy 2 Spare tire painted gold

I found out ccp will be making chrome bumpers soon! Maybe gold!

Status: offline 		I have plans tonight that interfere with my build lolz....maybe I'll just bring it to work!

I ordered most of them already...I just want to build it up and enjoy it and not think of doing things down the line. The only I really need on that list asap is the bearings...would hate to build it up only to tear the rear apart to get the bearings in. Everything else is simple bolt on pretty much.

Overall the cost wasn't bad, maybe $150 on top but tons of stuff can be reused on other cars/etc.

As far as building...lolz...I downloaded the pdf for the instructions like the nerd I am to get a preview. I like to build and I know how to build it right, sometimes I get excited and try to build it to fast and all of a suddent I realize the front arms are backwards, or I forgot something in the shock, etc. Sometimes I rush bodies because I love to decorate them and get them ready...I was that kid on christmas who ripped through his gifts like the tazmanian devil.

I thought they looked familiar on the hubs...sweet! It won't be good off the line and for wheelies probably but the bashing should be much improved and top end!

when i was building my first LB, it was my first kit build ever. i thought i was taking my time, but dang i had to redo a number of small things. it wasn't maddening because i was trying to be careful...it was just inexperience. what can i say? i was a rookie!

overtightening screws into plastic
taking off ball cup pieces too much causes them to not grip ever again
