Status: offline 		they are for the shocks, you put them on top of the springs to stiffen up the shocks

Status: offline 		they go on your snap on to your shocks above the spring to give the spring more(make em stiffer) preload.

Status: offline 		it depend on the driving your doing. try a little stiffer if your doing some jumping to the chassis and arms dont bottom out and take a beating. a little softer if your just flat driving so the suspenstion takes the shock of the road and small bumps. too stiff and it will probably handle and bounce around. It a little trial and error.
