15x8 or 16x8 APC, maybe a 14x8

Go with MA K-Series 15x8. 16x8 will be too big (that's the prop for the Saito 150). 14x8 will be too small (that's the prop for the Saito 100).

don't you think 16x8 is to mutch pitch,what about a 16x6

16x8 will be too big and yes, too much pitch. Like I said, use the 16x8 on the Saito 150. 16x6 will be fine.

Hello Richard and serge,

I had fly a 16x8 APC on a OS 120 Surpass II and he works good ( Flair DR I ).The 15x8 APC or Classic is still the best for this engine.You can also try a 14x8, but not a APC prop.

I had an email chat with dynamic balsa about cockpit for 109 and it will be available during few weeks.
Does anybody saw the new more scale wheels from YT for this bird??

I haven't heard about the new scale wheels from YT for this bird, but my 4.5" (114.3mm) wheels from Glennis Aircraft should be shipping very soon. I will post pictures when I get them.

And if we spoke about retracts I had spoken with Lenny and he can made a set for this bird (but I need only legs).
Can I send you your dimension pictures?

Lenny already has my dimension picture. I sent it to him a while back. I believe he is currently working on the retracts.

Well I started with my build/improvement

Wing is stripped down and I´m refiling the underside of wing with balsa, made some cuts in cowl...
I will post photos later today
I also have 2 candidates for repaint

And I´m still waiting fro the retracts and pilot. They are somewhere between USA and Czech Republic
Hopefully will arrive next week

Wow, I was thinking about doing "Red 7" myself. If you decide to do that color scheme, let me know and I will choose another color scheme.

I have a decal set for white 5, so I will try to scan that red thing next to the sword. You are talking about the symbol to the right of the sword in the picture above?

Hi Vik,

It's a red cat emblem. Unfortunately, the emblem is very small on the decal sheet, so it's difficult to get a clear scan. I would suggest ordering AeroMaster Decal #48-643 to use as a reference when painting your plane.

Edit: I took a macro shot of the emblem and used Photoshop to clean it up a little. The attached image below is the result.

Vik, were you thinking about doing Red 7 originally? As I stated above, I have many other color schemes to choose from.
