Scooting right along! What's the competition, specifically the all white one and the red one with purple wheels? Battling pretty good for awhile with that one. Did I spot a Savage in the first video?

The white truck is a Emaxx!!! He is a excellent driver and can really lay down the laps. Years ago he used to beat my Tmaxx every weekend with a Savage .21... and then he went all electric and on road. He's back now with that Gorilla Emaxx and I'm not ashamed at all to say he was leading everyone when his pack went, a very good driver. The Purple machine was a Revo with the extended rear a-arams and a OS .18. He's very good and we were having a blast, he had a pivotball pull through and was about ready to loose a front wheel. There was a Savage and a Yellow LST1 but they are new racers and still getting experience.

I sold the Emaxx driver a set of UE 8 spyder diffs and he has a 3800mah LiPo, it should get very interesting!!

Was there any reason you didn't run the lst2? I have one and I would like to see any part of what it can really do, win or lose. But great video none the less. Also it seems that could've blew past any of those at will.

I was running a LST2. I won by 6 laps. I was testing some new suspension settings and was slowing down for the table top. I was the only nitro monster to not leave the track due to breakage.

lol wouldnt imagine a 30min main would go so well for an electric monster truck.

could tell that revo was packing a punch, he seemed to lose it in the turns alot, yet he stayed with you anyway.

you relocated your battery to the front shock tower? prefer the weight distrobution for the jumps?

It has a lot to do with turning also but it does not have a negative effect in jumps either. All of my recent videos have the batter pack on the front shock tower.

In a 30 minute main it can become a race of attrition. The Emaxx (which may have about 2 or 3 Traxxas parts on it) and the Revo are driven by some very good racers. If the Revo had not lost a pivot ball joint and recked less and not flamed out he could have won, when I got way ahead I slowed down and just layed down some consistent laps. When the Emaxx get's the LiPo deal lined out he will do very well. It's a weird feeling to not be able to hear that damn thing when it's near you...

not familiar with lipo batteries, but dont emaxx's run 2 motors and 2 battery packs? and certainly not finishing the race on a single charge.

the whole silent thing is always a hoot. just a little whirrr I was playing in a gravel and grass field with the lst and my old xxtcr electric truck, aside from being faster, the LST just sounds faster. silent little truck cruising along you can hear the little pebbles kicking up; its so cute.

He has a single German Brush-less motor, I'm not sure of the make. When I go to his pit area, a 31ft goose neck toy hauler with A/C I get too distracted by the amenities to notice his Emaxx!!! He's a great guy and taught me a lot about racing years ago when I started.

Well I sold him the 8 spider UE diffs so he will be able to put the hammer down. My best guess would be that less than 5% of the people reading this post would be anywhere close to him in a five minute qual........ He's very good.
