Suiper Techniplate should work well enough.

You want to run 20% oil by volume and at least 20% of that oil (ie: 4% of the fuel) should be castor.

Super Techniplate has a blend of castor and synthetic that will give you about that ratio.

Straight castor (BeNol) is unnecessary and may cause valve-sticking/coking. Straight synthetic (Techniplate) will cause prepature wear of the cam and lifters.

Yes you could run KL-200 by itself provided you run a sufficient amount, and that you avoid excessively lean operation. This is a good idea anyway regardless of what type of oil you choose.

Those of us who prefer at least a little castor in our 4C fuel, would simply withhold a few ounces of the synthetic and add in it's place a suitable castor such as BeNol, or Bakers AA.
