They appear straight....

I took it to the hobby shop just the otherday and the owner told be to adjust the wheels so that it both of it point outwards. I tried that and now it drifts left. So I readjusted it back to straight. and now its kinda like anything goes.

Its not apparent when you move short distances, but when you move long distances in a straight line (like say 15 feet) then you can see it drifiting.

Does it always drift one way??

If not, it could be just the slop in the steering system. I changed my steering servo saver to the heavy duty unit one from Kimbrough....

It's not a high tech machine, don't expect it to go straight ahead.

Does it turn to the left/right or does it slide to the left/right.

No it doesn't turn at all.....

It tends to slide to the left/right.....

What about the bit about the having both front wheels facing outwards, is that something thats generally true for most RC's?

If it goes to left sometimes, and right sometimes -> there's slop in your steering system.. which, you may or may not be able to fix.. (a better servo saver would help..) Tighten down your servo some...

Both wheel facing outwards -> that's called toe-out.. it helps you with turn in, make it turn better, but you lose some stability.. with wheel facing inward, toe-in, you will track more straight.. but the car does not turn as well..

Not like a Wild Willy ever turn that well.. (front tires not touching the ground = hard to turn.. LOL!)

Can you take a picture of the bottom showing the lower control arms? I am thinking you might have accidentally reversed one side.

Right, but are you talking about MY WW-2? Or someone else's WW-2? Like this?!

You can duplicate what I did with stuff from Tower and rcMart....

The upper link kit (adjustable links) are Tamiya hop-up (TL-01 links), the motor heatsink = Tamiya stuff.. (Tower or rcMart)

The metal stuff from rcMart..

The harden outdrive = Tamiya.. (Tower or rcMart)

Kimbrough servo saver = Kimbrough, you can get that from Tower..

Good luck!! Let me know if you have any specific questions...

Maybe he's more Mortal Kombat than Ninja....can you tell me which MK character this is?

His helmet says, "Will" in Katakana symbols. I tried my best to copy it.

ya, Sub Zero, nice call!

I used to love MK when it came out for PS2, I don't even have the game anymore, but it was still fun when you had a few ppl to play.

The colors I had determined the character...LOL
