lineman, there's a discussion somewhere goin on bout OS 32, try to check the engine specification coz the hp of both engine the os and dynamite somewhat the same so i believe it will not show big difference, i would say get the one with way up higher hp, just my 2 cents.

Yeah, I'm hoping she's ready to go....I went all throughit and used lock tight on everything....She should be solid. I even lubed the prop shaft with some Penzoil Marine grease.

The antenna is short because I use a 2.4Ghz Spektrum radio System. They can be as short as 3.5 inches with NO differance in radio range. It's nice for MT's and such because the antenna can ride underneath the body, so it's a cleaner look and no hols to cut for my buggy's or truggy's body's. No glitches or crystals for the Spek either, it's so nice. All the metal in the world can rub next to this radio, and it will not affect anything.

The lid was flipped 180 degrees. Thats all, I did not even drill a hole. I had to do it so I could get all the radio gear to sit right. All the 5-cell packs I have are flat, so I had to move the Rx to the upper right corner of the box. In between the 2 servos. The Rx batt pack is velcro'ed in and sits at an angle if you check the pic out. It works nice. oops....I did drill a hole lol In the top hatch for the antenna to stick out.

O, the Spektrum Radio system also has a built in fail safe.....You can set the proper fail safe trims when the Tx is bound to the Rx. It works really well. When and if the Rx looses radio signal, it reverts to the pre determined trim settings for the throttle and steering. If mine looses signal, the boat will return to idle and run straight.

I'll post tomorrow night with what I come up with and how breakin went. My freind ashley and I are headed to this private lake for some fishing and relaxing....I have'nt told her i'm bringing the Thunder Kitty yet later fellas.

Nice pictures in this thread. I noticed something in one that has me wondering. Does this boat have a stepped hull underneath it? Let me know or if someone would take some pictures of the bottom of the hull showing the steps it would be cool.

Got mine thundercat a montn ago. Well I dont believe that it starts directly form box and runs. If it does - than you a the lucky one I mean it might run, but... I adding some pictures after the changes has been done. In short this is what was done by the friends of mine who are really good in tis area. 1. Fuel tank cleaned - lots of trash inside. 2. Engine takn in parts, cleaned and collected again. 3. Enhaust system connection between engine and tube fully changed and isolated. 4. Extra cooling system added on enchaust. 5. New hi-tech servos replaced, instead of stock ones. 6. Radio transmiter acumulators changed - instead of 4 elements now 5. 7. radio transmiter box fully isolated. 8. Radio transmiter charger taken out of box in order to avoid extra box opening and getting extra humidity. 9. New stand for boat - the stock one is a joke . And some more minor changes. Next wekk I will put in on the water, because right now water is a bit too cold - 5'C only. Your comments are very much welcome. regards from Lithuania, Europe

Looks like the boat has never been run in those pictures. I'd be interested to see how your exhaust cooler line holds up.
