how hot should the Rex R21B engine in my PCr get during break-in?

You want it to get it up and over 200 degrees. This will fully expand the piston and sleeve, therefore breaking it in TRULY.

Use foil and a rubberband to get it this hot, unless it's really hot outside.

Im using aluminum tape to help heat the engine
