Any one heard of running coleman fuel in the g26? If so, what do you gain by doing this? What mixture of oil do you use?

I run all my Zenoahs with the coleman fuel. I still run 8oz to a gallon. In my opion all you gain is a better smell that you can store in the house and a canister when you buy it. Hope this helps a bit..

We have had a bunch of threads on this subject.... do a search here for more reading..... actually 1/2 gas and 1/2 camp fuel works the best

I have basically run everything I have on it for over a year. Mathe 35's, QD35's, QD25's, a Blata 40, and countless Zenoahs (Full mod to full stock) with no fuel related problems what so ever. Mixture screws remain the same. Performance remains the same. If anything I feel the motor may run a little cooler but have never gauged temps to prove.

I made the switch because OZARK / Coleman / Whitegas has significantly less odor and is not so nasty to handle. I keep my boats inside and with 30+ vented fuel tanks fumes can be a problem.

I have been very wary when ever I see anyone post about issues as I have a lot at stake with what I run. So far I have no doubts at all. I do keep one can of Premium for one QD25 as Tod claims it needs it. But that is it.

I do hear plenty of people saying that the high performance motors will detonate and that the timing will be a problem. Maybe it will. But I have had NO Problems and thats all I can judge.
