There's a LiPo Charger, E-Sky EC-103A being sold by RC Hot Deals for $19.99.

It charges 2S or 3S only, and has a fixed 650ma charge rate. But despite these limitations, for small packs, this seems like a great deal. It can also charge two batteries at once, and has cell balancing connections. Has anyone had any experience with this unit? Is it worth buying?

If your batteries are worth $20 or less, it might be OK.

Is that because the constant charge feature is likely to ruin the battery pack (even though 650 ma is a charge rate of less than 1C for packs larger than 650mah)? Do the more expensive chargers reduce the charging rate as the battery voltage approaches the cut-off voltage?
