I couldn't get the video to show... BUT I recognised the soundtrack. Its the one and only www.HoweandHowe.com RIPSAW. You want more, go to their website. That particular video is one of the two Sponsor videos.

And YES... they ARE considering RC toys of it. When I first saw the clips almost 2 years ago, I freaked, and e-mailed them BEGGING them to consider RC toys as a way of making some noise.

Now, if Only DARPA will re-issue the Challenge with harder tasking. Here is to Hopes and Wishes, guys...
