Status: offline 		RDLogics sells the the Mongoose which is just a renamed G4. You can buy one from Mongoose Kit like I did. If you decide to get one, be aware that assembly is a little difficult and you will need to get a special receiver pack.

There are really three versions to my knowlege. The RDLogics Mongoose, the EVO (can't remember whether it's TM or RDLogics) which has a few option parts like a cyntex clutch, and the TM G4S which has a ton of hop-up parts and is the latest as of the first of this year (2006).

Any of these three are race-ready and waaayy underrated. The RDL/TM car really isn't that popular in North America, but I think it is on par with the VOne RRR and Mugen from what I've heard and read. I'm planning on getting the G4S as my replacement for the NTC3 I have. (Budget allowing )

Status: offline 		$390 seems to be the low end. I've seen them running $385-425 online. So $390 w/o shipping is great.

I was wondering why there isn't a lot of info and reviews on this car?

Status: offline 		Very underated car ,British champ last year and if not mistaken year before as well.
Great reviews and support in RCTECH .NET and 3HOBBY .NET
US distributor is phenixdist .com/
RD Logics use to be distributor.
Am currently waiting patiently for my G4S kit to arrive.
There is a upgrade kit that will update the older G4 EVO and Mongoose cars into G4S spec cars.
Great thing about the G4 is that car has not been redesigned completely but revised and improved on which is awesome as you
can update your car to latest spec by purchasing necessary parts.
New car has started of the season very impressive ,read the news on Team Magics site.

Status: offline 		RC Car Action just did a teaser about the G4S in either the April or May issue. I assume a full review will come. One of the car mags gave the Mongoose a great review last year.

Status: offline 		Thanks for the link. I ordered the g4s yesturday but for some reason i feel like i should have just gotten the rd one because it is a lot cheaper and looks to be the same. Oh well.

On 2 a motor. Any suggestions? I guess i am looking for something under $180. .15 size would be the most i want.

Status: offline 		This is my first kit ever. I do not own a setup board. Does the kit come with something basic that will help me? Is it even worth using the shock/diff oils that come with the car?
