clutch spring, check out the clutch bell upgrade sticky on top, if you stop the truck it will stall without the spring. upgrade the clutch bell while your at it.

Wow, sounds like you had a good time.

I think you need to replace your clutch bell housing and spring, I have had to do the same as well as one of my friends and a lot of others on here.

Look at the new Volcano truck sticky thread - http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_5342027/tm.htm

and/or

the clutch bell and spring upgrade thread to get the info you need - http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_5132243/tm.htm

Order the clutch bell housing from Clermont Motorsports, he's a great guy and has fast shipping - http://www.clermontmotorsports.com/servlet/Detail?no=200

Order the springs from Tower Hobby or pick them up at your LHS, you want either the Traxxas 4146 or 4146x. You can only use the spring.

Does anybody know what needs to be changed out to make the suspension on the Volcano STX like the SV or SV Pro. If so please post a list of parts that should be changed out.

Cheaper to buy the Pro than change it over. Buying parts at one of the well nown suppliers will cost you over $500.00
