Why do you need such a large offset on a rim?

Anything anyone builds is special! It takes a great imagination and smarts to build RCs and do custom work.

I need a new battery pack for my tt-01...how do you think a tt-01 would do on 7 cells? with a ss4300.

It won't fit 7 cell... Just get some IB3800 SxS packs. Shoot a PM to elmo6s about the packs he sells, or goto his website (boomboombatteries.com)

How are you going to hold it down?

Mate I would just stick to 6 cell packs. Just buy decent cells.

Didnt think about that...LoL. I was just curious about how it would perform with 7 cells.

Probably around 3-4 mph more, with a little more torque.

A cheap 7 cell pack, will perform like a good 6 cell pack pretty much.

I wish there was a way to run a 7 cell pack...i think its possible. Maybe just build the pack differently? What do you think?

The greater the offset the farther the rim sticks out right?

You could run a 7 cell, wouldn't be that hard to make one to fit.

You would just use the shape as I drew below, but you make have to use a small pirce of wire to join the cell on the top, rather than a battery bar.

I've got a TT-01 but it is a bit scratched so what I'm going to do is buy a £60 TT-01 and then get every single hop up

it should cost me £160....

that is half the way to a E-max????

No Ill stay truthful to the TT-01
