Hi Everyone!
Just Lately I got an older JR PCM 10 ( the zpcm) and its been hard to find reviews and other info on this transmitter. So you pros who had the chance to work with this equippment would lay it all out???!!!! Do you still use it yours??? Did it get outdated??? What is it still good for??? Doesn´t it do everything the newer radios do???? Program capabilities??? And anything else you would like to share??? Let´s make a nice product review !!! Get nostalgic and have fun!!!
Thanks

I still fly a couple helis with mine (I own the heli version)

There are new features emerging that it doesn't have.

And anything else you would like to share???

I can't ge tthe 120 degree ccpm head mix to work properly. I had to set up my Hummingbird CP on my 6102 as 120 degree ccpm works correctly on this radio.

Overall, it's a nice radio with advanced features for it's time. I've used many of its features but, with todays headinghold gyros and speed governeors, I must admit most of the mixing is no longer necessary. I still like it's feel, and in the days before I had a more full featured fixed wing radio (I now fly an 8103 for fixed wing), I employed all the PMixes to set up a funfly plane with flap elevator and spoileron mixing. I recall wishing I could disable the direct channel switch inputs because I couldn;t get around the fact that if I accidentally bumped the switch, one aileron would mover (disastrous).

If anyone on here has a old JR PCM 10 Z transmitter they would like to sell, at a fair price, ( i need it for parts, touch screen) I will pay a fair price plus no less than 30 dollars U.S funds to ship it to me in Ontario Canada. Thank you, Chad H. chadhossack@hotmail.com
