Status: offline 		the problem is I put too much lock tight (blue that is) on one of the screws that hold the engine mounts on the chasis... can't get it of and there isn't much of a screw left... (I guess I have a couple of tries left)
I tried to heat the screw with an iron but I couldn't heat it up enough...
any of you guys have any tips I could use?

Status: offline 		I had this happen once long ago,I took my dremel (or if ya got a cheap-o steak knife with sharp teeth you dont mind destroying) and slotted it,and just used a flathead screwdriver. Just cut the groove nice and deep (not to deep) so you can get your driver in there with plenty of grip. Might ruin the screw but you can pick em up pretty cheap.

Status: offline 		i suggested the same thing last night but my post is gone, i would heat it up with a soldering gun, the kind with a trigger so you can heat the bolt up. if worse comes to worse you can cut the head off, take the motor out and use pliers to take it out.

Status: offline 		i think hes sayin there is a loctite that still holds but no as much as the blue or red made for small screws that cold possibly break if to much force is applied tryin to remove - you know from the torque

Status: offline 		If your screw's head is all stripped out you can always use an Easy Out (from any hardware store, $5 or so) and a powerdrill to pull it out.

Status: offline 		I use the loctite stick, blue. just a small dab on a screw, they don't vibrate loose but they're not a huge pain to get out either.
