I recently purchased a 12Z and was wondering how do I join the futuba Club that is advertised? I did complete the warranty card and mailed it in, but I did not see anything in my literature about joining the club. The only mention of it is in the downloadable advertisement. Could you please explain if this is the same as the 14MZ club online or is this something seperate.

Thank you,

Doug

I've not seen anything about a club for the new 12Z, but it may or may not be coming. The club is not run by Futaba but the USA distributor and at this point is for the 14MZ crowd who purchased their radios in the USA only.

After I bought my 12Z, I e-mailed product support to find out how to get into the Flyers Club. They said the sign up sheet was suppose to be with the manual but for some reason it didn't get added. They e-mailed me a .pdf file that was the 12Z Futaba Flyers Club sign up sheet - postage paid and everything! So I filled it out and mailed it on Monday - haven't heard back yet. I don't know if it's a 12Z Flyers Club or if it's the 14MZ Flyers Club??? Maybe Bax can clear that up. The 12Z flyer only states "membership in the Futaba Flyers Club".

Love my 12Z!!!!

Once we receive the materials, we make the entries. Then you'll receive notification that your login is ready.

As with the 14MZ club, entry is available only to those individuals who purchased their 12Z transmitter from a retailer who works with Great Planes Model Distributors. It is a feature created, maintained, and supported by them, and not Futaba Corporation.

Thanks Bax,

I have purchased a 12Z, but no where in the documentation was there anything about a form to complete for this club. I completed the warranty info and sent that in. Is that all that is necessary or is there something I'm missing. Please PM me the info.
Thank you,

Doug
